Privacy policy

We collect the contact details and care preferences you submit through matching, contact, account, and profile-claim forms. Contact details are encrypted at rest and used to process your request, produce relevant therapist results, provide follow-up, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

Matching requests are not automatically broadcast to every listed provider. Authorized operators and service providers that support hosting, email, and secure notifications may process the minimum information needed to run the service. We do not sell submitted contact details.

Directory profiles are assembled from public records and reviewed public practice sources. Claimants may submit corrections for review. We retain form and account data only as long as needed for operations, security, legal obligations, and request history.
